ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Heidi Siegal Kogon
After a rewarding 26+ year career in the financial services industry, I chose to leave my corporate job to become a Leadership and Career Coach helping highly sensitive, high achievers break free from overthinking and self-doubt so they can find more fulfillment and joy in their careers and lives.
What led me to coaching...
On the outside, it always looked like I had it all together: I worked for a well-respected company, transitioned to different roles and even careers within my company, had upward career mobility, had a steady stream of accomplishments and glowing reviews from managers.
You couldn’t tell that on the inside I felt like an imposter. Each time I got promoted, I was in fear someone would realize that I wasn’t good enough to be in that role. These feelings left me insecure and emotionally depleted. I kept convincing myself to white-knuckle through each day and hold tight to my coveted role, but those feelings loomed.
The stress led me to engage in a journey of personal development to help build my confidence and overcome Imposter Syndrome.
During that time of self-discovery, I learned I was a highly sensitive person (HSP). While it made sense to me, I didn’t like that it confirmed things about me that weren’t always considered positive qualities in my corporate environment.
Up until that point I had never learned how to fully embrace my strengths. I had allowed other people’s judgments and expectations of me influence my decisions to the point I wasn’t always sure what I truly wanted.
When I started feeling the benefits of the work, I knew I needed to leverage these learnings to help other people.
I combined my many years of experience in corporate America leading teams and coaching high performers, with coach training from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) into a coaching program designed to help you get out of your own way so you can make your goals a reality.
I know what it’s like to want to live a more meaningful life, and what it takes to attain it. I did it. Now, let’s chat about how I can help you create yours.
